ok- I drive past this dealer everday omw to work down the street- I had to read the reviews because I see no other dealer nearby with the inventory as vast as this place. Now I understand they work with mostly bad credit people- which explains the type of cars they sell, mostl;y retired fleet/rental cars which are great becaus ethey buy em cheap and they book well enough to help poor credit people get approved with little money down. They are easier to get a higher loan to value (LTV) ratio. So when you read these bad reviews understand the "customers" that post bad reviews arent buyers, they are recepients of a service provided by people that are in business to make money while also being able to HELP people that screwed themselves at one point. Accept responsibility and understand if you had a repo or late pays or whatever caused your bad credit, NOT A SINGLE LENDER gives a crap why it happened and youre not entitled to a fresh start just cause you pay an atty for bankruptcy- be grateful if they can help and make sure you pay on time. Realize your bad credit and failure to pay has consequence and everybody suffers for your irresponsibility.. sorta the same way insurance works. Dont complain about, fix it and stop trying to live above your means- instead of buying Nike shoes and Gucci bags and expensive shit you dont need with that credit card you just got, buy a book. Sorry for the extensive rant. Hate reading bad reviews that arent a companys fault but ultimately hurt a company thats trying to help people. Seems sorta like the way things are nowadays. Lets do better

I was referred to this dealership by my attorney after filing for bankruptcy. I had a very unfortunate situation happen with my car that was on the bankruptcy and needed a new car FAST. I walked into Motor World in the later morning, handed over my documentation, toured the lot, test drove, came back in, went over my payment options, picked a car, and was out at 4pm but could have been earlier if my insurance provider was quicker with getting the new car added. Joe and Bo were AMAZING. I was dreading the car buying process but everyone at this smaller family owned car dealership makes you feel like your just hanging with family while buying a new car. I didnt once feel like I was being upsold or just a number to them, they actually care about you being able to afford your car. I walked out with a 2021 Buick Encore GX at 30,000 miles. All of their cars are previously leased vehicles and are in top notch shape, I love my car. I will be sending more people to them and probably coming back if I want to trade in my current car. Thank you guys again!

Best car buying experience I have ever had in my life. And I have have been to many car dealerships. I have heard so many times oh yea come on in and we will take care of you. I called asked for Bo he took my info and he told me when I was ready to call him and. He will have something for me. Well he not only delivered with his word but I got the absolute best experience in buying a car someone can have. I was not pressured to buy something I didn’t want. I had a nice variety of options to choose from. And every person I worked with that night was wonderful and so kind. We laughed and talked and they were really just so nice and made my day. Thank you again Bo, Ed and Ray for my wonderful service.

I have bought my last five cars here, over a period of about 20 years. During that time I have had good credit, great credit, and horrible credit. They have always treated me with the same level of care, honestly and respect regardless of the credit situation. They have been upfront and honest about what they could and could not accomplish with me given my current credit status, but they have always been respectful in how they have managed these discussions. I 100% recommend them if you are looking for a 2 to 3 year old car. One last point, when I bought my first car from them, one of the tires had some damage, nothing that was horrible, but best to replace. It was late on a Saturday when I bought the car. They promised they would put four new tires on it there following week. I did not get this in writing. The next week they installed four brand new speed rates Yokhamas. They are men of their word

I waited a few days to review simply because it all went Wayyyy to smooth lol. Bo was my salesperson. He was fabolous!!!! He got all of what was needed the day before. When I arrived everything was ready. I was such a skeptic I drove myself there. I just didn’t believe I would leave with a vehicle. Oh and did I mention the Guarantee from Bo that I wouldn’t have to put any money down.. Ok so If you had credit challenges like I did- you would understand the hesitation. But they really were Stand up guys. They stood on everything they said. My vehicle is Very very nice. My car note is as expected. And I am happy. I'm incredibly happy I chose to purchase a used vehicle from this dealership. I drove an hour west, from Evanston, because I had a good feeling about this place while looking into dealerships. I first went to their website and input my information. I received a call the next day, today, from Bo asking for more info. I gave him the information requested and he soon went to work to see that they can do for me in financing a new car. I have student loan debt, so I wasn't very optimistic. I received a call back from Bo asking me to come in today. Then I received a call from the owner, and he confirmed with me that I'd be coming in. I told Bo exactly what I was looking for, a reliable car, low miles, with a good safety rating. He didn't try to get me to go up in price, I did that myself. The entire process took maybe 2.5 hours. As soon as I got home I checked the value of my car and I am not disappointed. They did everything they could to get me a reasonable interest rate, were honest throughout the entire dealing, and exemplified best practices in the car selling process.
